Job Description

Our USP is our customer service. We know that we provide a level of service for our clients and their business to enable them to run their business whilst we take care of the rest.
To enable that, you will be working closely with the Head of Sales to deliver a high level of service to assist with the growth of the business and of course assist the Sales Team.
We invest heavily to ensure that all our colleagues feel part of the bigger picture. The Role:
• Maintaining high level support to the Sales Team
• Understanding the requirements of the customer and internal departments
• Maintaining customer records
• Processing psales
• Delivering a high level of Customer Service
• Ability to manage time effectively in order to keep the processing time low.
• Working with other departments to assist customers where required.
• Work within the operational function of the business to satisfy the demands required.
