Horsforth Brewery
A leading edge brewery with sustainability and ethical business practices at its core.
In 2017, financier Mark Costello formed the Horsforth Brewery as a side project, initially operating from his garage in West Yorkshire.
By the end of 2018 the business moved to a high street location, incorporating the brewery and tap room with the vision to create an ethical business, with sustainable products, suppliers and business opertations. The business makes all its deliveries in an electric vehicle, and produces a product “Good Deed”, which raises funds for people suffering with Motor Neuron Disease.

As a new business we pride ourselves on offering a top quality product at the most competitive price. By fixing in a 3 year contract, we’ve not been affected by the recent surge in energy prices, especially with having an electric van, giving us real peace of mind in today’s climate.

While running a business in a pandemic has been challenging, our partnership with UGP has assisted in helping us to grow, remain profitable and positively contribute to the society that we operate in.
