Before you Begin

You’ll need your electricity and/or gas supply numbers:

  • Electricity: Your Meter Point Administration Number (MPAN) is available from your local electricity distributor. Unsure who your distributor is? Visit energynetworks.org to find out.
  • Gas: Your Meter Point Reference Number (MPRN) can be obtained by calling the MPRN enquiry line at 0870 608 1524.

Receiving Your Quote

Within 24 hours of receiving your application, we’ll email you a detailed quote. Once you’re happy, contact your assigned account manager to request a contract for your preferred duration.

Preparing for Your Meters

After we receive your signed contract, and once your property is ready with all necessary infrastructure work completed, we’ll coordinate with our Meter Operator (MOP) to schedule your meter installation.

Meter Installation

Our MOP (Meter Operator) will arrange installation slots that suit your schedule, aiming to fit your meters on your preferred dates.

Billing

We’ll automatically generate and send bills for the energy you use, ensuring seamless billing management.

Ongoing Support

Your dedicated account manager remains available to assist with future projects or additional premises, ensuring long-term support for all your energy needs.
