United Gas & Power has a team of experts to undertake the installation of your meter. Once it is agreed you will have a new meter installed, we will set the process in motion.  We will inform you of the installation company, the time and date of the installation well in advance to ensure everything is convenient for you.

Provisions for installation:

  • No sales to be conducted during the installation process.

  • Installers can provide energy efficiency advice but can only discuss their own products if prior permission has been obtained.

  • The privacy of consumer’s data will be protected, and the consumer will have full control over their data.

  • Our customer care agents are always on hand to advise and improve the 
    consumer’s understanding how the meters work.
