Change of tenancy

To update your account information, please fill out the appropriate change of tenancy form, accessed via the links below. You’ll be asked to attach relevant documents to confirm the change of tenancy, such as:

Once we receive your completed form and any relevant attachments, we will be in touch within the next 5 business working days to confirm that we have all the information required to close/set up the new account or to let you know of any additional information we may require to process the change
of tenancy request.

If you are moving out of a property, we will provide you with a final bill that covers your energy usage up until the date you move out. If you are moving into a property, we will set up your account and ensure that you are on the best energy tariff for your needs.
