Your contract type
Your invoice will clearly state the contract type you are on.
Your contract end date
Your contract end date will be clearly displayed on either your contract with us; your welcome pack; or your renewal letter.
What is Out of Contract?
If your contract has ended and you have not renewed your contract with us, you will be placed on our out of contract rates from the end of your fixed rate contract. These out of contract rates apply until:
You enter into a new gas or electricity contract with us or;
Switch to another gas or electricity supplier
What is a deemed contract?
This contract is applicable following a change of tenancy when a new customer has not negotiated a new contract with us or has not been supplied by us. Our deemed rates will continue to apply until you enter into a new contract with us or you switch to another gas or electricity supplier.
